We're thrilled to present a program featuring multiple award-winning artists — from the world premiere of a new work by composer David Das, to another new work by composer Bikel, performed by Ben Loeb, to Jazzical Komitas by Joel Martin, who reimagines the timeless music of Armenian master Komitas through the language of jazz, creating a bridge between heritage and contemporary expression. Rooted in Armenia yet designed for the world, it preserves the emotional soul of Komitas while opening his melodies to improvisation, new musical traditions, and global audiences — making Armenian cultural memory both timeless and universal.
And headlining the program: Six String Symphony — get ready to have your mind blown. Rooted in classical music and performed in an unapologetically genre-bending style, A Six String Odyssey is an epic and euphoric sonic journey performed by the classical music ensemble the Six String Symphony for a contemporary audience.
