The Allen HS Marine Corps JROTC program goals are the following. To develop leadership and build character. To create informed, patriotic, and responsible citizens. To develop responsible young men and women who are physically, mentally, and morally fit. To develop informed and civic-minded young adults prepared for higher education, civilian careers, and public service. To instill discipline, respect, and responsibility through military-related subjects and activities.
