Planning Center Information

Set up


You will receive an email through our Planning Center account that will invite you to join our organization, follow the link to create your account and profile.

In the email select the link "Click here to create your password" and create your password with Planning Center to finalize your account.


Once you have created your account click on your name in the top right corner of the page to access your profile.

In your profile select edit (next to your name) to begin inputing required information.

  • Profile Picture: Something simple of only yourself to be used for identification.
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Birthday



Accept / Decline

You will be invited to work events through e-mail or text message sent by Planning Center (details to set up notifications are below). Each invite comes with the option to Accept or Decline. Please choose one of the options to ensure that we are aware of your status.

If you arrive to work without accepting your position, it may no longer be available to you. If you fail to show up at work for a position you have accepted without notifying us at least 48 hours in advance (exceptions made for emergencies), you will be penalized in your consideration for future work opportunities. A record of your accept and decline rates is monitored in your account profile.

conflicts / blockout dates

Planning Center has a feature known as blockout dates. This allows you to insert your conflicts into the calendar on your profile which will notify us about when you are unavailable. By doing this you keep us aware of your schedule without the need to decline several events and these do not affect your profile accept and decline rate.


Text Notifications

To set up text notifications go to the Communication tab on your profile. In this tab you can set up text notifications by adding your carrier and you can customize the type of notifications you would like to receive.
